Introduction to Cloth Nappies

Interested in using cloth nappies, but feeling overwhelmed? This information session will show you how easy they are to use and clean.

We aim to help you decide what style of nappy will suit your baby best. Better for the environment, better for your hip pocket, and most importantly, better for your baby.

This session is run by Canberra Cloth Bums. Canberra Cloth Bums is a group formed by local parents aiming to promote the use of cloth nappies in our region, and creating a supportive community.

This is an in-person workshop to be held at The Canberra Environment Centre, Cnr Lennox Crossing and Lawson Crescent, Acton. Workshop size will be limited to 18 people to comply with COVID-19 restrictions. As always, we ask you to practice good hygiene while visiting the centre, and to stay home if you are sick or have been in contact with someone who is sick.

Cost: $5 per adult. Children are welcome, however if you are planning on bringing a child with you to this workshop please email sustainability@canberraenvironment.org to let us know so that we don't go over-capacity.

If you are experiencing financial hardship but still want to attend this session please contact sustainability@canberraenvironment.org to discuss your options.

Refund Policy: Please kindly note that tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other workshops, however you are welcome to pass your ticket on to another person.
