The Canberra Environment Centre has partnered with Tumbleweed to offer the Canberra community reduced-price worm farms and compost bins. All are simple to set up and can process the majority of your household food waste.
Composting and worm farming help you to reduce the amount of food waste you send to landfill while producing organic fertilizer for your garden at the same time! We do not sell worms at this time. We recommend contacting Global Worming, a local worm supplier.
Open hours - We are open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 3 pm. Note - The ReCyclery is open to customers 12pm - 3pm
Postage - Please note that only some of our products have the option of postage.
Pick up - For items needing to be picked up, please come to our centre based at the Gungaderra Homestead in Harrison, ACT, 2914.
