Making Beeswax Wraps

  • Canberra Environment Centre Cnr Lennox Crossing and Lawson Crescent Acton (map)

Beeswax wraps are a fresh and funky alternative to using cling wrap in your kitchen. In this interactive workshop Annette Boyd will guide you through making your own beeswax wraps to take home. You’ll also learn how to clean and maintain your wraps so that they last for years to come.

This is an in-person workshop to be held at The Canberra Environment Centre, Cnr Lennox Crossing and Lawson Crescent, Acton. Workshop size will be limited to 18 people to comply with COVID-19 restrictions. As always, we ask you to practice good hygiene while visiting the centre, and to stay home if you are sick or have been in contact with someone who is sick.

Accessibility: the Canberra Environment Centre has an accessibility ramp and spacious indoor area. The CEC has two regular sized toilet cubicles. For all accessibility enquiries please contact us 6248 0885 sustainability@canberraenvironment.com
