Making Kimchi

Discover the many benefits of fermented foods and learn how to make your own kimchi with Nil Barcode Food’s Evangeline Lam. Kimchi is a staple Korean dish traditionally made with cabbage, spring onion, chilli, radish and a variety of seasonings. In this workshop you will:

  • Discuss and learn about why fermented foods are beneficial for gut health

  • Watch and participate in a kimchi demonstration where you will get to take a small sample home

  • Enjoy some of Evangeline’s own kimchi and learn about ways to use kimchi

Please bring a clean glass jam jar to take your kimchi sample home in. 

Refund Policy: Please kindly note that tickets are non-refundable. Tickets can be transferred to other workshops if notification is given at least 21 days prior to the workshop. Tickets are non-transferrable after this time.
