*THIS WORKSHOP IS BOOKED OUT*

Learn how to identify common backyard weeds such as wild brassicas, mallow, dandelion and purslane using Sarah Aylott’s seasonal identification guide. After identifying and foraging for different weeds around the Canberra Environment Centre, you’ll get a chance to use these weeds as the star ingredient in dishes such as a weedy gnocchi, wild stir fry and wild herb pesto.
