Making Tempeh

Tempeh: the delicious Indonesian food that everyone should know about. Tempeh is made from soybeans via a process of culturing and fermentation. It is higher in protein than tofu, and has a distinctive nutty texture.

 

In this workshop you will help to prepare a batch of tempeh and take a portion home. There will also be samples of tempeh to taste and a discussion of the different ingredients that can be used.

Refund Policy: Please kindly note that tickets are non-refundable. Tickets can be transferred to other workshops if notification is given at least 21 days prior to the workshop. Tickets are non-transferrable after this time. You are welcome to pass your ticket on to another person.
