Making Pot Set Yoghurt

Yoghurt is delicious, good for you and simple to make! In this workshop you will learn how to make pot set yoghurt at home without any specialised equipment. Find out about yoghurt culture, pasteurising milk, sterilising containers and different yoghurt styles and recipes. Participants will get to observe how a batch of yoghurt is made and take home a sample. Rebekah Gupte has been making yoghurt at home for over a decade, and is part of the team that makes the yoghurt for the Food Coop Shop.

$35 per person

Refund Policy: Please kindly note that tickets are non-refundable. Tickets can be transferred to other workshops if notification is given at least 21 days prior to the workshop. Tickets are non-transferrable after this time. You are welcome to pass your ticket on to another person.
