Worried about your food scraps? Why not let some microbes take care of that! Bokashi composting uses a special preparation of microbes to break down your food scraps. This makes it ideal for small spaces such as apartments or office kitchens. Come and learn everything you need to get started with Bokashi expert Rosemary Ryan. Rosemary will show participants how they can make up their very own microbial Bokashi culture to take home.
