Belconnen Demonstration Verge Veggie Garden Network Project - Stage 2 COMPOSTING

SEE-Change has installed five ‘Verge Vegie Gardens’ in Belconnen during February 2025 as part of the ACT Community Garden Grants Progam.

This workshop will feature Fiona Veikkanen from Canberra Environment Centre who’ll be talking about how composting is a great way to reduce waste and methane emissions while building healthy soils and plants. Fiona Buining from Ainslie Urban Farm will also be there to answer any questions about Verge Veggie Gardens.

This workshop is open to the volunteers from our five Demonstration Verge Gardens and for anyone else interested in composting!
