Garden Volunteering Community Working Bee

Everyone is welcome to volunteer at the Acton Community Garden. Both experienced and new gardeners are encouraged to attend!

We'll be pulling out weeds, sowing seeds, and doing garden maintenance.

What you need: please wear a mask, bring your own water bottle, gardening gloves, and a hat. We recommend you wear enclosed shoes and sturdy clothes for gardening.

COVID-19 Safety Guidelines:

Social distancing: this event will be held outdoors and there will be plenty of space for

Check in CBR: On arrival, everyone must check in using the Check in CBR app, or with the help of staff if they cannot check in on their own.

Masks: Everyone must wear a mask while inside the centre. People may remove their masks if they are eating, drinking or sitting at a desk, and 1.5 metres away from any other person. (As soon as a person is no longer alone or is moving, they must wear a face mask).

Exposure locations: Please observe good hygiene and social distancing during this workshop, and do not attend if you have been feeling unwell or have been to a known exposure location.

Accessibility:
