Making Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Canberra Environment Centre Cnr Lennox Crossing and Lawson Crescent Acton ACT 2601 (map)

Apple cider vinegar is valued for its delicious taste as well as its health benefits. In this interactive workshop, Doug from local cidery 3 Sons Cider will take you through the steps for making apple cider vinegar and demonstrate key parts of the process to show you how easy it is to make at home.

Because you can't make apple cider vinegar without first making cider, this workshop will also cover the basics of cider brewing. Doug will be bringing along a few of his ciders to taste and each participant will take home a bottle of 3 Sons’ Apple Cider Vinegar. Cases of 3 Sons Cider will also be available for purchase .
