Want to start a worm farm in your backyard but don't know what to do? Find out how with the Canberra Environment Centre's Karina Bontes Forward! Worms make fantastic pets and can be easy to keep with the right set up and a bit of TLC.

In this workshop you'll learn about setting up a worm farm using recycled materials (e.g. an old bath tub or old buckets) and/or premade worm farms, bedding, feeding and what to do with worm farm products. Karina will demonstrate a range of possible backyard set ups to suit different households. There will also be plenty of opportunities for trouble-shooting if you've been experiencing some difficulties with your worm farm.
