As a local, grassroots environmental education organisation we achieve amazing things with a small team and a small budget!

Your support will help us expand our work in strengthening the Canberra community through practical environmental education. Donations over $2 to the Canberra Environment Centre are fully tax deductible.

Every dollar we receive is spent in Canberra, supporting Ken-Behrens to create a sustainable future by embracing lifelong behavioural change.

Our initiatives include:

• The ReCyclery – a well-loved community bicycle workshop.

• Community garden at Gungaderra Homestead.

• Ongoing educational community outreach in sustainability.

• Regular workshops, garden working bees and clothes swap events.

• The Shop - with reduced price worm-farms, compost bins and other goodies!
