Hello CEC Community,

It was our pleasure to celebrate 50 years of Canberra Environment Centre with so many of you recently. We were grateful to have over 60 people attend, including ACT Minister for the Environment Suzanne Orr who gave a short speech and helped cut the cake. More photos here!

This community organisation only exists due to the incredible support of our many dedicated volunteers – thank-you to everyone who has contributed from both near and far over the years.

Don't forgot to visit OUR SHOP for Christmas Gifts this year! We have things to help you on your composting journey, including compost bins, worm farms, compost turners, bench-top bins, a calendar and an art poster. πŸ‘€

Thanks again to everyone who has supported CEC during 2024, we look forward to connecting with you further in 2025 and beyond.

The Canberra Environment Centre's last day this year is Wednesday 18 December 2024 and we'll be back in the office on Tuesday 21 January 2025.
