Lids 4 Kids - recycling tubs

We all know that recycling is a great way to protect our environment by reducing the waste ending up in landfill, but did you know that Lids 4 Kids have rescued an astounding 122,422,971 lids from landfill since 2019?! Amazing!

This National Recycling Week the Canberra Environment Centre has signed up to be an official ‘SwapNGo’ location for Lids 4 Kids, which means you can buy their Zero Waste Warriors Tub and fill it with hard-to-recycle items like plastic bottle lids, tetra packs, medicine blister packs and so much more!

Once your tub is full, just bring it back to CEC and we’ll swap it out for an empty one which you can refill again with recycling gold. Full containers will be collected from our office each month and taken to Fyshwick site for recycling.
